Made it to Chicago to see the lovely lindseycathryn! But I’m currently holed up in a Starbucks writing a few articles until she gets out of work. Also I have a ton of writing to do. I’m such an awful procrastinator.

Happy New Year from Las Vegas, everyone! Hope you aren’t all nursing too bad of a hangover ;)
What a great day! I rediscovered my love of library books and got so many at my local branch (I have about 6 holds in addition to the 3 I just checked out), which is literally only 4 blocks away. I can’t believe I’ve lived in NYC for a year and am just now getting my library card. I’m so ready to delve into these little guys as soon as finals are over in about a week.
Did not wake up early enough (I am not a morning person) to see the Royal Wedding, so am I know watching the rebroadcast on YouTube! I know it’s silly, but I can’t help but feel a part of history. And what’s better than watching two people in love?
